10 cups chopped tomatoes

2 tsp salt
1 3.5 oz can whole roasted jalapeños (Ortega hot)
2. Large bell peppers
1 Tbls minced garlic
2 7oz cans chopped gr. peppers (Ortega mild) Anaheim /chili
boil 1 hour. Process 30 mins. In pint jars
